Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions govern the following four separate Toshiba consumer promotions organised by Toshiba Singapore:

• Part A – Toshiba Refrigerator, Washing Machine and Dryer E-Voucher Promotion;

• Part B – Toshiba Small Appliances E-Voucher Promotion;

• Part C – Toshiba Washer and Dryer Bundle Promotion; and

• Part D – Toshiba 2 + 2 Year Extended Warranty Promotion.

Although all four promotions are set out in this document, each promotion has its own qualifying products, purchase requirements, spending tiers, benefits and claim or registration requirements.

By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These promotions do not affect any statutory rights available under applicable Singapore laws.

All four promotions are valid in Singapore from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). The purchase date shown on the valid tax invoice or order confirmation will determine eligibility.

The promotions are open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above who purchase eligible Toshiba products for personal domestic use from an authorised Toshiba retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

Employees of Toshiba Singapore, its distributors, participating retailers and advertising or promotional agencies, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Purchases made for resale, trade, commercial use or other non-domestic purposes, and purchases from unauthorised sellers, overseas retailers, parallel importers or non-participating channels, are not eligible. Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and claim.

Important: Qualifying purchase values for Part A and Part B must be calculated separately. Toshiba refrigerators, washing machines and dryers cannot be combined with Toshiba small appliances to meet any spending tier, and Toshiba small appliances cannot be combined with refrigerators, washing machines or dryers. This rule applies even where the products appear on the same invoice.

Where one invoice contains products from both groups, only the final amount paid for the products eligible under the relevant part will be counted towards that part. The same invoice may be submitted in support of separate Part A and Part B claims only if each product and purchase value is allocated to the correct part, no product value is counted twice, and all other requirements are met.

2. Part A – Toshiba Refrigerator Washing Machine and Dryer E-Voucher Promotion

Part A applies only to selected participating Toshiba refrigerators, washing machines and clothes dryers purchased during the Promotion Period. Inclusion of a product category does not mean that every model qualifies. Customers should refer to the participating model list, campaign materials or information supplied by authorised Toshiba retailers.

Toshiba small appliances, residential air-conditioning products and other non-participating products are excluded from Part A.

An eligible customer may receive one GiftPay electronic voucher based on the combined qualifying purchase value of participating Toshiba refrigerators, washing machines and dryers:

The following conditions apply to Part A:

• The voucher tiers are not cumulative. Only the highest applicable voucher value will be awarded for each approved Part A claim.

• Eligible Toshiba refrigerators, washing machines and dryers may be combined with one another to meet a Part A spending tier.

• Multiple invoices may be combined, provided they are issued on the same date by the same authorised dealer and bear the same customer name and installation or delivery address, subject to all promotion requirements.

• Invoices issued by different dealers or for purchases outside the Promotion Period cannot be combined.

• Toshiba small appliances and all other non-Part A products are excluded from the Part A qualifying purchase value, including where shown on the same invoice.

• Each eligible product and its purchase value may be used for one claim only and cannot be reused or counted twice.

3. Part B – Toshiba Small Appliances E-Voucher Promotion

For Part B, “Toshiba Small Appliances” means selected participating Toshiba models within the following product categories:

The above categories expressly include participating dehumidifier and dishwasher models. Inclusion of a category does not mean that every Toshiba model in that category qualifies. Only models included in the official participating model list are eligible.

Refrigerators, washing machines, clothes dryers, residential air-conditioning products and non-participating Toshiba models are excluded from Part B.

A customer must purchase at least two (2) participating Toshiba Small Appliances during the Promotion Period to qualify for Part B.

The customer may receive one GiftPay electronic voucher based on the combined qualifying purchase value of those participating small appliances:

The following conditions apply to Part B:

• At least two participating Toshiba Small Appliances must be included in the approved Part B claim.

• The voucher tiers are not cumulative. Only the highest applicable voucher value will be awarded for each approved Part B claim.

• Multiple invoices issued on different dates may be combined, provided that every purchase was made during the Promotion Period, all invoices were issued by the same authorised Toshiba dealer, all purchases meet the Part B requirements, and all invoices bear the same customer name and the same installation or delivery address.

• Invoices issued by different dealers or for purchases outside the Promotion Period cannot be combined.

• Toshiba refrigerators, washing machines, dryers and all other non-Part B products are excluded from the Part B qualifying purchase value, including where shown on the same invoice.

• Each eligible product and its purchase value may be used for one claim only and cannot be reused or counted twice.

4. Part C – Toshiba Washer and Dryer Bundle Promotion

A customer who purchases one selected Toshiba washing machine together with one selected Toshiba dryer from the same authorised Toshiba retailer during the Promotion Period may receive one additional promotional gift, model F-LSA10(W)SG, subject to availability.

The following Toshiba models participate in the Bundle Promotion:

Customers must purchase one participating Toshiba washing machine together with one participating Toshiba dryer to qualify.

The washer and dryer must be purchased by the same customer and shown on the same customer order or qualifying invoice.

Each approved washer and dryer combination is entitled to one F-LSA10(W)SG bundle gift, subject to successful verification and stock availability.

The bundle gift is an additional benefit. The qualifying washer and dryer purchase value may also be counted under Part A, provided all Part A requirements are met.

The bundle gift will be processed separately and delivered by Toshiba Singapore to the same installation or delivery address together with, or in connection with, the delivery of the qualifying purchased products.

No physical or in-person collection is required for the bundle gift.

Delivery remains subject to successful verification, stock availability and reasonable delivery scheduling.

5. Part D – Toshiba 2 + 2 Year Extended Warranty Promotion

Customers who purchase the following selected Toshiba refrigerators, washing machines or dryers during the Promotion Period may qualify for a complimentary 2 + 2 year extended warranty, providing total warranty coverage of up to four (4) years.

The following conditions apply to Part D:

• The participating product must be purchased from an authorised Toshiba retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

• The customer must complete the required warranty registration no later than 26 February 2027.

• Valid proof of purchase, the participating product model and its serial number must be provided when requested.

• The participating product must be purchased for personal domestic use.

• The extended warranty is subject to successful registration and verification by Toshiba Singapore.

• The extended warranty remains subject to Toshiba Singapore’s standard warranty terms, exclusions and service procedures.

• If the participating product is cancelled, returned or refunded, eligibility for the extended warranty will be withdrawn.

• The extended warranty is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, an E-Voucher, another promotional benefit or any other item.

6. Qualifying Purchase Value

For Parts A and B, the qualifying purchase value is the final amount actually paid for the applicable participating products after discounts, promotional codes, rebates and retailer vouchers.

Delivery fees, installation charges, extended warranty fees, accessories, service charges and non-participating products are excluded.

Where eligible and non-eligible products appear on the same invoice, only the itemised final amount paid for the eligible products under the relevant part will be counted.

7. Online Redemption for Parts A and B

No physical or in-person redemption is required for GiftPay e-vouchers.

Eligible customers must submit each claim through the online redemption channel designated by Toshiba Singapore, which may be accessed through the campaign QR code, campaign webpage or instructions provided by Toshiba Singapore or participating retailers.

The redemption period for both Part A and Part B is from 1 October 2026 to 26 February 2027, both dates inclusive.

All purchases included in either claim must have been made during the Promotion Period.

Customers may be required to provide:

• Name;

• Email address;

• Contact number;

• Product serial number;

• Product model number;

• Purchase date;

• Invoice number;

• Purchase value;

• Clear copies, photographs or digital versions of all applicable tax invoices or order confirmations; and

• A clear photograph of each participating product’s serial number label, where requested.

Where multiple invoices are combined, all invoices must satisfy the relevant Part A or Part B invoice-combination requirements.

Information and supporting documents must be complete, accurate and legible. Submission does not constitute automatic approval, and Toshiba Singapore may request additional documents reasonably required to verify a claim.

Late, incomplete, duplicated, altered, fraudulent or illegible submissions may be rejected.

8. E-Voucher Delivery

Approved GiftPay e-vouchers will be delivered electronically to the Singapore mobile number, email address or other electronic contact method supplied in the approved claim.

No collection from a redemption centre or participating retailer is required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and accessible. Toshiba Singapore will not be responsible for an e-voucher sent to an incorrect mobile number or email address supplied by the customer.

GiftPay e-vouchers are subject to GiftPay’s applicable terms of use, participating merchant conditions and the expiry date stated in the electronic voucher.

Customers must use the e-voucher before its stated expiry date. Expired, unused, deleted or unredeemed e-vouchers will not be replaced, extended, refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

9. Cancellations Returns and Refunds

A purchase will cease to qualify if a participating product forming part of the claim is cancelled, returned or refunded, or if the remaining eligible products or value fall below the applicable minimum quantity, bundle or spending requirement.

Where a voucher or bundle gift has already been issued, Toshiba Singapore may cancel the benefit or require the customer to return or reimburse its value, to the extent permitted by law.

An exchange for another participating model may remain eligible, subject to verification and continued compliance with all applicable requirements.

10. Claim Verification

Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to reject or invalidate a claim where:

• The purchase does not meet the requirements of the relevant promotion part;

• A product or purchase value is allocated to the wrong part, counted twice or reused in another claim;

• The supporting documents are incomplete, altered, duplicated, fraudulent or illegible;

• The submitted serial numbers do not correspond with the products shown on the proof of purchase;

• The purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded; or

• Toshiba Singapore reasonably believes that the promotion has been abused or that the claim is not genuine.

Toshiba Singapore may contact the participating retailer or customer to verify purchase information.

11. Personal Data

By submitting a claim or warranty registration, customers consent to Toshiba Singapore collecting, using and disclosing their personal data for purposes connected with administering the promotions, verifying claims, delivering GiftPay e-vouchers or bundle gifts, registering extended warranty coverage, preventing fraud and communicating with customers regarding their claims or registrations.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws and Toshiba Singapore’s privacy policy.

12. General Terms

All GiftPay e-vouchers and bundle gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, except where required by law.

All benefits are subject to successful verification and availability.

If a stated voucher or gift becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Toshiba Singapore’s reasonable control, Toshiba Singapore may substitute it with another benefit of equivalent value.

Toshiba Singapore may amend the promotion mechanics or these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or terminate any of the promotions, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, fraud, technical failure or legal or regulatory requirements.

Any amendment will be published through Toshiba Singapore’s official channels where reasonably practicable and will not affect rights already accrued under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toshiba Singapore will not be responsible for any delay, failed transmission or inability to submit or receive a claim caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, telecommunications failure, internet disruption or circumstances beyond Toshiba Singapore’s reasonable control.

Toshiba Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to these promotions will be final, subject to applicable Singapore laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
