How many hours later can I on the refrigerator after delivery?

Charging the fridge 2 hours later after the fridge is installed. Once turning on the power, let the fridge run for 2 ~ 4 hours until it gets cold, and then put in the food.

What is the warranty for refrigerator?

TOSHIBA provide standard warranty 2 years on site (spare parts,labour and transport) and 12 years for compressor (Spare Parts only, exclude labour and trabsportain). Labour cost will not covered after 2 years from the date of purchase.

How does the online warranty register process?

Fill in the information as online warranty register requested, once successed you will receive an auto-reply email.

What does the extra three months warranty covered for online warranty register?

The extra three months warranty cover the spare parts,  labour and transportation.

Where can I found the serial no?

The serial no is pasted on the carton box and also behind/side of the product (22 characters).

Do I need to mail out the warranty card?

No, we recommend that you do online warranty registration.

There is no dealer stamp on the warranty card.

No worry, dealer stamp is not required. Please keep the original invoice for verification purposes.

What if I lost the warranty card/ invoice?

TOSHIBA will have your record if you have done online warranty registration. You can also contact dealer to check your purchase information.

What does extend warranty cover?

TOSHIBA only provide standard warranty. Extend warranty is covered by your dealer, please contact dealer directly to check EW policy.
