Toshiba August Deal 2026 – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the Toshiba August Deal 2026 (“Promotion”) organized by Midea (Singapore) Product Pte. Ltd., an authorized distributor of Toshiba home appliances in Singapore (“Organizer” or “Toshiba Singapore”).
By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) in Singapore.
All qualifying purchases must be made within the Promotion Period.
Purchases made before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
The Grocery Voucher redemption period is valid from 1 August 2026 to 20 November 2026.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above.
Eligible Products must be purchased from an authorized Toshiba dealer or retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion is intended for end-consumers only.
Purchases made for resale, trade, rental or commercial purposes are not eligible.
Display units, second-hand products, refurbished products and products purchased outside Singapore are not eligible.
Employees of the Organizer, Toshiba Singapore, its distributors, participating retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion A: Extended Peace of Mind – 4-Year Comprehensive Warranty
Customers who purchase any one of the following Eligible Products during the Promotion Period will receive a four-year comprehensive warranty at no additional cost, subject to these Terms and Conditions and Toshiba Singapore’s prevailing warranty terms.

4. Four-Year Warranty Conditions
The four-year comprehensive warranty applies only to an Eligible Product purchased from an authorized Toshiba dealer or retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.
Customers must register the Eligible Product online at:
www.toshiba-lifestyle.com/sg/product-registration
Registration must be completed within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date.
Customers must provide complete and accurate product, serial number and purchase information during registration.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty coverage commences from the date of original purchase, delivery or installation by the Organizer, if applicable, whichever is later.
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects arising from normal domestic use and is subject to Toshiba Singapore’s prevailing warranty terms and conditions.
The warranty does not cover, without limitation:
Cosmetic damage;
Accidental or transit damage;
Improper installation;
Misuse, negligence or unauthorized modification;
Repairs performed by unauthorized persons;
Normal wear and tear;
Accessories, consumables and detachable parts;
Damage arising from failure to follow the product instruction manual;
Products with altered, removed or defaced serial numbers; or
Commercial, rental or non-household usage.
Customers must retain the original tax invoice, purchase receipt and/or delivery order throughout the warranty period.
Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to request proof of purchase, proof of registration and product verification before accepting a warranty claim.
No separate redemption at the Toshiba Redemption Centre is required for the four-year comprehensive warranty.
5. Promotion B: Complimentary Grocery Voucher
Customers who purchase the following Eligible Products during the Promotion Period will be entitled to the corresponding Grocery Voucher, subject to successful redemption and verification.
SGD100 Grocery Voucher
Purchase any one of the following Eligible Products:

Eligible customers will receive:
One (1) SGD100 Grocery Voucher.
SGD600 Grocery Voucher
Purchase one qualifying Toshiba laundry set comprising both of the following Eligible Products:

TD-T40BS90HWS(WT)
Eligible customers will receive:
One (1) SGD600 Grocery Voucher.
Both the eligible washer and dryer must be purchased together to qualify for the SGD600 Grocery Voucher.
The purchase of only one model from the qualifying laundry set will not qualify for the SGD600 Grocery Voucher.
6. Grocery Voucher Redemption Details
Eligible customers must redeem the Grocery Voucher in person at the following Redemption Centre:

Customers are advised to call or WhatsApp the Redemption Hotline at least one (1) working day in advance to confirm voucher availability before visiting the Redemption Centre.
7. Required Redemption Documents
Customers must submit the following documents when redeeming the Grocery Voucher:
7.1 Completed Redemption Form
A completed and signed redemption form must be submitted.
7.2 Physical Original Tax Invoice or Order Confirmation
The original tax invoice or order confirmation must clearly indicate:
Purchase date;
Eligible Product model;
Unit price;
Quantity purchased;
Dealer or retailer name; and
Invoice or order number.
Photocopies, screenshots, soft copies, digital copies and photographs will not be accepted.
For purchases made through an authorized online retailer, official online purchase documents may be accepted, subject to verification and approval by the Organizer.
7.3 Physical Original Product Serial Number
The product serial number must:
Begin with “S/N”; and
Be submitted in its original physical form.
Only the following forms of serial number will be accepted:
Original product serial number sticker; or
Original carton box cut-out containing the product serial number.
Photocopies, screenshots, soft copies, digital copies and photographs will not be accepted.
For an SGD600 Grocery Voucher claim, the original serial numbers for both the eligible washer and eligible dryer must be submitted.
8. Important Redemption Conditions
Original hardcopy documents are mandatory for Grocery Voucher redemption.
Each Eligible Product or qualifying laundry set is entitled to one corresponding Grocery Voucher only.
Each invoice, product and serial number may be used for one redemption only.
The Grocery Voucher is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
All redemption claims are subject to verification and approval by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject any redemption request if:
The required documents are incomplete;
The documents are altered, illegible, invalid or inconsistent;
Original hardcopy documents are not submitted;
The purchase, model or serial number cannot be verified;
The same invoice or serial number has previously been used for redemption;
False, inaccurate or misleading information has been provided; or
The Promotion requirements have not been fulfilled.
9. Redemption Deadline
All Grocery Voucher redemption claims must be submitted no later than 20 November 2026.
Any Grocery Voucher not redeemed by the redemption deadline will be forfeited.
No replacement, extension or compensation will be provided for an unclaimed or expired promotional entitlement.
10. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded, the customer will no longer be entitled to the corresponding promotional warranty or Grocery Voucher.
Where a Grocery Voucher has already been issued, the customer may be required to return the unused voucher before any return, cancellation or refund can be completed.
If the Grocery Voucher has been used, lost, damaged or cannot be returned, the Organizer and/or participating retailer reserves the right to deduct the full face value of the Grocery Voucher from any refund payable to the customer.
Any replacement or exchange of an Eligible Product remains subject to the participating retailer’s applicable sales and return policies.
11. General Terms
The Grocery Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discounts or other products.
Lost, damaged, stolen or expired Grocery Vouchers will not be replaced.
Any separate terms and conditions, validity period or usage restrictions printed on or issued with the Grocery Voucher will also apply.
Promotional product and voucher images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products and vouchers may differ in colour, appearance, design or denomination.
The Promotion cannot be combined with another promotion, complimentary gift, discount or special arrangement unless otherwise expressly stated by the Organizer or participating retailer.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertisement, promotional artwork or other publicity material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or failure to fulfil the Promotion arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including supply shortages, delivery disruptions, acts of government, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify all purchases and claims and to reject any claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate or modify this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding.
No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
