Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the Toshiba 90-Day Worry-Free Trial Promotion (“Promotion”) organized by Midea (Singapore) Product Pte. Ltd. (“Toshiba Singapore”).

By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion is provided in addition to Toshiba Singapore’s standard product warranty and does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Singapore laws.

Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. Promotion Period and Eligible Products

The Promotion is valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) in Singapore.

The Promotion applies only to purchases of the following eligible Toshiba products (“Eligible Products”) from authorized Toshiba retailers in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

Customer Self-Return Models

Customers are required to return the product to Toshiba Singapore Service Centre at their own arrangement.

Collection by Toshiba Singapore

Toshiba Singapore will arrange product collection upon approval of the return request.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above.

Employees of Toshiba Singapore, its distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is intended for end-consumers only. Purchases made for resale, commercial use, or by dealers and resellers are not eligible.

The Promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per customer or household.

Display sets are not eligible.

Products purchased using Climate Vouchers are not eligible.

Eligible Products must be fully paid for at the time of purchase and must not be subject to any financing, instalment, rental, lease, hire purchase, or similar arrangement.

3. Trial Period

The 90-day trial period begins from the date of delivery of the Eligible Product.

Customers may submit a return request within ninety (90) calendar days from the delivery date, or by 2 November 2026, whichever is earlier.

No refund will be provided for requests submitted after the applicable return period.

4. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under this Promotion:

a) The Eligible Product must have been used only under normal household conditions and maintained in accordance with Toshiba’s operating instructions;

b) The Eligible Product must be returned in working condition;

c) The Eligible Product must include all original accessories, attachments, and components;

d) The customer must provide the original purchase receipt and delivery order for verification purposes.

Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to request additional information or documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility.

5. Refund Calculation

Approved returns will be subject to the following deductions:

Daily Usage Fee

A usage fee of SGD10 per calendar day will be deducted from the refund amount.

Usage days are calculated from the delivery date until the date the returned product is received by Toshiba Singapore.

Cosmetic Damage

Where scratches, dents, stains, or cosmetic damage beyond normal wear and tear are identified, Toshiba Singapore may deduct up to 5% of the purchase price from the refund amount.

Missing Accessories

A charge of SGD30 (before GST) will be applied for each missing accessory, attachment, or component.

Misuse or Damage

Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to reject any refund request where the product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or abnormal use.

Toshiba Singapore’s assessment shall be final.

6. Return Process

For the following models, customers are required to return the product to Toshiba Singapore Service Centre at their own cost and arrangement:

For the following models, Toshiba Singapore will arrange collection within approximately three (3) working days after approval of the return request:

  • GR-RF900WI2-PMX(06)
7. Refund Processing

Customers must present the original purchase receipt when collecting or processing their refund.

Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser named on the purchase transaction.

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, Toshiba Singapore will process the refund within thirty (30) days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method whenever reasonably practicable, or via an alternative method determined by Toshiba Singapore.

Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers before the refunded amount is reflected in the customer’s account.

8. Personal Data

By participating in this Promotion, customers consent to Toshiba Singapore collecting, using, and processing personal data for purposes related to the administration of this Promotion, verification of eligibility, processing of refunds, customer support, and compliance with legal requirements.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Toshiba Singapore’s Privacy Policy.

9. General

Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to verify all claims and reject any claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Toshiba Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
