Promotion Period and Eligible Products

The Toshiba “Extended Peace of Mind – 4-Year Warranty Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) in Singapore.

This Promotion applies only to purchases of the following participating Toshiba models from authorized Toshiba retailers in Singapore during the Promotion Period (each an “Eligible Product”):

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individual customers who are residents of Singapore and aged 18 years old and above, and who purchase an Eligible Product from an authorized Toshiba retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

Employees of Toshiba, its distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is intended for end-consumers only. Purchases made for resale or commercial purposes (including purchases by dealers or resellers) are not eligible.

Warranty Coverage

Eligible Products purchased during the Promotion Period will enjoy an extended four (4) years warranty coverage at no additional cost, subject to Toshiba Singapore’s standard warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal domestic usage and does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage;
• Accidental damage;
• Improper installation;
• Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Commercial or non-household usage.

Proof of Purchase

Customers must retain the original purchase receipt, tax invoice, and/or delivery order for warranty verification purposes.

Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to request proof of purchase and product verification before approving any warranty claim under this Promotion.

General Terms

• This Promotion is applicable only at authorized Toshiba retailers in Singapore;
• The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits;
• Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any claim that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• By participating in this Promotion, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions;
• Toshiba Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice;
• Toshiba Singapore’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
