Terms and Conditions

The TOSHIBA JAPANDi Artisan Refrigerator Launch Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by MD (Singapore) Consumer Product Co Pte Ltd (Company Registration Number: 201906062M) (the “Company” or “Toshiba”). By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant warrants and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, and all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by the Company from time to time shall be deemed incorporated herein.

(b) This Promotion is not applicable to commercial customers.

(c) This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of Display Model(s).

(d) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine, at its sole discretion, whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in the Promotion.

(e) This Promotion is only valid for purchases from authorized Toshiba dealers in Singapore.

This Promotion is valid from 1st September 2025 to 31st December 2025.

To qualify for this Promotion, customers must purchase the Toshiba Japandi Artisan Refrigerator (GR-RM919WI-PGX(B3)) within the Promotion Period and ensure delivery and installation are completed by 31st December 2025.

Eligible customers will enjoy the following benefts:

• 2+1 Years General Warranty (2 years standard + 1 year extended).
• 3 Complimentary On-Site Servicing/Maintenance Visits within the warranty period.

All Toshiba JAPANDi Artisan refrigerators installed before 31 December 2025 are entitled to a 2+1 years warranty.

Within the 2+1 years warranty period, customers will also enjoy three complimentary on-site servicing/maintenance visits, covering the following scope of services:

• Free Toshiba Japanese Rice Cooker RC-DR18LSG (worth S$549) – the free gift will be delivered together with the refrigerator to the customer’s delivery addresess.

(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant confirms that any personal data provided is accurate and consents to Toshiba’s collection and use of such data for the purposes of organizing, conducting, and administering the Promotion.

(b) All successful entries and purchase records will be kept strictly confidential by Toshiba.

(c) Toshiba reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, dishonesty, or providing false information during the purchase process.

(d) Images of products and gifts used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ due to enhancements or updates. Toshiba reserves the right to change product specifications without prior notice.

(e) Toshiba reserves the right to revise, amend, or withdraw any part of this Promotion (including the Promotion Period) at any time without prior notice and without assuming any liability.

(f) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

(g) Toshiba’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

(h) Toshiba shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by any party in connection with the Promotion or use of the free gift, including but not limited to errors in fulfillment, delays in delivery, product defects, or loss of documents.

(i) In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, publicity, or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

(j) A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of the terms herein.
