TOSHIBA JAPNADI COMBO SALE - Terms and Conditions
The TOSHIBA JAPNADI COMBO SALE Promotion is organized by MIDEA (SINGAPORE) PRODUCT PTE LTD (Company Registration Number: 202512362Z) (the “Company” or “Midea”). By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
1. Eligibility
(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant warrants and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by the Company from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.
(b) This promotion is NOT applicable to commercial customers.
(c) This promotion is NOT applicable to customers who purchased Display Model(s).
(d) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in the Promotion.
(e) This promotion is only eligible for purchases from our authorized dealers.
2. Promotion Period
This Promotion will start on 5th November 2025 till 9th November 2025 (payment by 30th November)
3. Promotion Mechanics
To qualify for this Promotion, customers must:
Purchase made during the JAPANDi Launching Campaign Road Show of selected JAPANDi series models;
Note:
Purchase any of the above-listed models with a total value of SGD 10,000 or more to receive a SGD 1,000 Grocery Voucher.
Additionally, enjoy an extra SGD 100 Grocery Voucher per unit for each purchased product excluding the following models:
GR-RM919WI-PGX(B3), RC-10DRVSG(W), RC-18DRVSG(W), and RAD-DIB28SG.
*The redemption form applies ONLY to customers who have purchased Toshiba Models stated above from JAPANDi Launching Campaign Road Show at Suntec City.

- Redemption Documents to be submitted to Toshiba:
1. Redemption Form
2. Physical Original Tax Invoice / Order Confirmation (*must reflect the order date, purchased Toshiba product model and unit prices)
*Photo copies, soft copies and pictures of the Original Tax Invoice will not be accepted(Except for online purchasers.)
3. Original product Serial Number (cut-out from product carton box, Photo of Serial Number cut-out or photo of Serial Number on purchased product)
*Note: Toshiba reserves the right to reject any redemption if any of the above-stated Redemption Documents is not submitted at the Redemption Centre.
4. Redemption period
From 5th November 2025 till 30th January 2026
5. Other Terms:
(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees and consents that in any personal data given by him/her to Toshiba is accurate and allow us to use it for marketing purposes in organizing, conducting, managing, and administering this Promotion.
(b) All the successful entries will be kept confidential with Toshiba.
(c) Toshiba reserves the right to disqualify any participant who did not meet the following requirements:
Suspected of fraud; or dishonest with the given information of the invoice details and product serial number during the prize collection, Toshiba will forfeit their winning prize.
(d) Toshiba’s artworks shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement. Midea reserves the right to change the product images and any specifications at any time without prior notice.
(e) Toshiba reserves the rights to revise any of the terms under these terms and conditions (including but not limited to varying the Promotion Period or Prize collection Deadline), or withdraw or alter any part of this Promotion at any time without prior notice and/or assuming any liability to any party.
(f) The above terms and conditions of this Promotion will be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
(g) The decisions of Toshiba on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion are final, conclusive and binding. Toshiba shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Promotion.
(h) Toshiba shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Promotion and/or redemption or use of the Prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prize(s), any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, or suspension by Toshiba of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against shall for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
(i) In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
(j) A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement.
