Eligibility:
Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and Singapore Residents (with an employment pass or
work permit or long-term pass which is valid at the time of the contest period. Strictly eligible for
contestants aged 18 years and above as stated on their Identity Card/Passport only.
*NOT applicable to commercial customers.

3. Voucher Mechanism:
For the purchase of two or more TOSHIBA small home appliances by the same customer at the same store, customers will receive NTUC VOUCHER

TOSHIBA voucher - TERMS
AND CONDITIONS1.
The voucher Activity (the “Activity”) is organized by MD (Singapore) Consumer Product
Co Pte Ltd (Company Registration Number: 201906062M) (the “Company” or “TOSHIBA”). By
participating in the Activity, each activity agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set
forth herein.
2. Eligibility
(a) This Activity is open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and Singapore
Residents (with an employment pass or work permit or long-term pass which is valid at the time of
the contest period. Strictly eligible for contestants aged 18 years and above as stated on their
Identity Card/Passport only.
(b) By participating in this Contest, each contestant warrants and agrees to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by the Company from time
to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.
(c) This contest is NOT applicable to commercial customers.
(d) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to change the
eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at
its sole discretion whether any contestant should be excluded from entering or participating in the
Activity.
(e) To qualify for this activity, contestants must:
(i) (1) more than $499 to qualify for $40 groceryvouchers.
(2) more than $799 to qualify for $80 groceryvouchers.

3. Other Terms:
(a)
By participating in this Activity, each contestant agrees and consents that any personal
data given by him/her to Toshiba is accurate and allows us to use it for marketing purposes in
organizing, conducting, managing, and administering this Activity.
(b) All the successful entries will be kept confidential with Toshiba.
(c)
Toshiba reserves the right to disqualify any contestants who did not meet the
following requirements:
Suspected of fraud; or
Dishonest with the given information of the invoice details and product serial number during the prize
collection, Toshiba will forfeit their winning prize.
(d) Toshiba reserves the rights to revise any of the terms under these terms and conditions
(including but not limited to varying the Campaign Period, actively dates, or Prize collection
Deadline), or withdraw or alter any part of this Contest at any time without prior notice and/or
assuming any liability to any party.
(e)
The above terms and conditions of this Contest will be construed, governed, and
interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
(f)
The decisions of Toshiba on all matters relating to or in connection with the Contest are
final, conclusive and binding. Toshiba shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any
correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Activity.(g)
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any
advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the
Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
(h)
A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall
have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of
such agreement
