TOSHIBA “Cooking Chef” - Terms and Conditions

1. The “Cooking Chef” event (the “Event”) is organized by MD (Singapore) Consumer Product Co Pte Ltd (Company Registration Number: 201906062M) (the “Company” or “TOSHIBA”). By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

2. Eligibility

(a) This Event is open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and Singapore Residents (with a valid employment pass or work permit or long-term pass which is valid at the time of the contest period. Limited to only aged 18 years and above as stated on their Identity Card/Passport.

(b) By participating in this Event, each participant warrants and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by the Company from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.

(c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in the Event.

(d) To qualify for this Event, participants must have or purchase one of item(RC-18ISPS, RC-10IRPS, MS1-TC20SF(BK), MS1-TC20SF(GN), MS5-TR30SC(BK), TL2-SAC25GZC(GR), MV-TC26TF(BK) and ML-EC42S(BS))

and shoot a more than 30 seconds video (include Toshiba product and food) and @Facebook Toshiba (Toshiba Lifestyle Singapore); during Event Period 15th August 2023 to 15th September 2023.

3. Event Period

This Event will commence on 15th August 2023, 00:00 hrs and end on 15th September 2023, 23:59 hrs Singapore Time (“Event Period”).

4. Event Mechanics

(a) The Event mechanics are as follows: Within 15th August 2023, 00:00hrs to 15th September 2022, 23:59 hrs, participants must have or purchase one of item (RC-18ISPS, RC-10IRPS, MS1-TC20SF(BK), MS1-TC20SF(GN), MS5-TR30SC(BK), TL2-SAC25GZC(GR), MV-TC26TF(BK) and ML-EC42S(BS)
