TOSHIBA “TRADE-IN PROMO” - Terms and Conditions
1. The “TRADE-IN PROMO” event (the “Event”) is organized by MD (Singapore) Consumer Product Co Pte Ltd (Company Registration Number: 201906062M) (the “Company” or “TOSHIBA”). By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
2. Eligibility
(a) This Event is open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and Singapore Residents (with a valid employment pass or work permit or long-term pass which is valid at the time of the contest period. Limited to only aged 18 years and above as stated on their Identity Card/Passport.
(b) By participating in this Event, each participant warrants and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by the Company from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.
(c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in the Event.
(d) To qualify for this Event, participants must
· During the Event Period (1st May 2023 to 30th June 2023) take pictures of your old toshiba appliances and trade in for Toshiba Home Appliances Selected Products, you can get up to $400 trade in value at any authorized dealer.
3. Event Period
This Event will commence on 1st May 2023, 00:00 hrs and end on 30th June 2023, 23:59 hrs Singapore Time (“Event Period”).
(a) The Event mechanics are as follows: Within 1st May 2023, 00:00 hrs and end on 30th June 2023, 23:59 hrs, purchase Toshiba Home Appliances Selected Products to get up to $400 trade in value at any authorized dealer.

5. Other terms
a) By participating in this Event, each participant agrees and consents that any personal data given by him/her to TOSHIBA Lifestyle Singapore is accurate and allows us to use it for marketing purposes in organizing, conducting, managing, and administering this Contest.
b) All data of successful entries will be kept confidential with TOSHIBA Lifestyle Singapore.
c) TOSHIBA Lifestyle Singapore artworks shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary due to product enhancement. TOSHIBA Lifestyle reserves the right to change the product images and any specifications at any time without prior notice.
d) TOSHIBA Lifestyle Singapore reserves the rights to revise any of the terms under these terms and conditions (including but not limited to varying the Event Period) or withdraw or alter any part of this Event at any time without prior notice and/or assuming any liability to any party(ies).
e) The above terms and conditions of this Event will be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
f) The decisions of [TOSHIBA] on all matters relating to or in connection with the Event are final, conclusive and binding. [TOSHIBA] shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Event.
g) In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Event, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
h) A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement.
