Abnormal noise during operation
Please check the following:
1. The dehumidifier is placed tilted or unstable; please place it on a flat and stable surface.
2. The intake grille may be blocked; please remove any objects obstructing the intake grille.
3. A "hissing" sound during operation is the sound of refrigerant flowing; this is normal.
