No display on screen / Buttons are no responsive
The screen has no display / buttons are unresponsive; please check whether it is due to the following reasons:
1. Standby mode
When the appliance is powered on, if no operation is performed within 5 minutes, the water oven will enter standby mode. In standby mode, no functions can be operated using the buttons.
To cancel standby mode, simply open and then close the oven door!
2. The plug is not inserted properly / has come loose.
Please plug it in securely, then try again!
If it still cannot be used, please call 852-26359222 during office hours for inquiries.
