A. Washing machine does not wash

Please check the following:

1. Whether the power is turned off.

2. Whether the water level has reached the specified level (if the water level does not reach the specified level, the washing machine will not operate).

3. Whether the washing machine is set to a "Delayed" wash mode (the machine will not start until the preset time is reached).

B. No water flowing into the washing machine

Please check the following:

1. Whether the power is turned off or the fuse has blown.

2. Whether the water supply is cut off or the water pressure is too low.

3. Whether the inlet hose is correctly connected and the tap is turned on.

4. Whether the inlet valve filter is clogged with dirt.

5. Whether the "Start/Pause" button has been pressed after turning on the power.

C. Abnormal drainage in the washing machine

Please check the following:

1.Whether the end of the drain hose is placed too high.

2. Whether the end of the drain hose is immersed in water and blocked by the sink.

D. Abnormal spinning in the washing machine

Please check the following:

1. Whether the top lid is closed.

2. Whether the laundry is mostly concentrated on one side of the drum, or whether too many heavy garments (e.g., men's clothing) have been placed inside.

3. Whether the washing machine is unstable or tilted.
