1.  Job Description of  Call Center English Speaking (Senior Staff)
    •    Manage inbound and outbound, making customer address their needs for all contact channel
    •    Coordinate with all concerns, dispatch products or provide services on time to customer
    •    Management and resolve customer complaints - Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
    •    CSAT and NPS customer survey

Qualification

    •    Excellent verbal communication skills, great listening comprehension skills
    •    Service mind, customer-focused, solid problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and efficient and the ability to socialize well
    •    An ability to multitask, typing and word processing skills and digital skill
    •    Good analytical, Negotiation skills and Strong Initiative skill

 

2. Job Description of  Technician Officer
    •    Taking care the repair job as per leader assignment.
    •    Internal and onsite service to maintenance and repair HA (Home appliance) and SDA (Small domestic application) products.
    •    Inspection / rework / repair / test and cleaning in field of refurbishment type.
    •    Provide technical information on technical check list form to be the data in iService system

Qualification

    •    At least 1 year for experience in field of service repairing.
    •    Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and mechanical.
    •    Driving license for car and motor cycle.



3. Job Description of  Head of PC Leader (Supervisor)
    •    Sales out plan in Dealer & create game plan in each location: Set suitable target pc leader in DLR channel and follow up sales visit and progress in each month.
    •    Sales out trend and competitors’ activity in market: Daily, Weekly sales progress report with action request for keep market share and expand strategic model
    •    Evaluate pc leader, sell out and store information accuracy:
    •    Budget planning in headcount & resource to meet sales activity in each month
    •    Control salary & incentive within budget request and make it most efficiency in each location

Qualification

    •    Sales strategic plan with people management skills and the ability to prioritize necessary action for quick problem-solving
    •    Able to manage big data and evaluate the main reason that effect results
    •    Able to analyze store problems and suggest sales plans to achieve targets and improve high-end products in each store.


4. Job Description of  Products Test Engineer (TISI&EGAT)
    •    To apply TISI & EGAT (no.5) License application for imported and any other relevant products.
    •    Work with relevant team for document preparation to obtain certificates
    •    Factory process quality audit when necessary ( based on ISO9000 )
    •    Pre testing and evaluating products according to TISI and EGAT performance standards and safety requirement standards

Qualification

    •    2 Years experience in direct field - HA products performance test engineering - HA products’ certification jobs
    •    Microsoft office , Pareto , SCATTER , Regression analysis , DOE ( Design Of Experiment ) , Minitab Data Statistical Analysis
    •    HA products' technical knowhow and practical technical skilled
    •    Able to do pre-test and evaluating products' according to TISI,EGAT and safety requirement standards
    •    Communication skilled against testing issue
    •    Innovative and creative thinking, supervision skilled
