1. Job Description of  Demand & Supply Planning - Supply Chain Management (Senior Staff)
•    Lead monthly S&OP meeting with Sales & Product marketing team to review planning figures such as PSI, forecast accuracy, sales trend, inventory level.
•    Responsible on system management or develop the system when needed. Take ownership to improve the system to be the most efficient
•    Utilize the provided system to manage overall supply chain operation in order to smooth the business operation and to enhance sales target achievement
•    Manage company's KPI; key purpose of build up a long term healthy business
•    Recommend, suggest PM team to have better PSI, by analyzing the historical data and showing the data-oriented suggestion
•    To be the center of controlling aging, coordinate with concerned parties to monitor aging inventory situation

Qualification
•    Good command of English  
•    Experience on supply chain management and logistics field is a plus
•    Requirement on excel or big data management
•    Able to Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level and above) or big data management


2. Job Description of  Finance Officer
•    Review the cash flow forecast and manage the liquidity for treasury reports
•    Bank account management, including bank account open/close/change, bank KYC etc.
•    Responsible for daily treasury actives, including payments and collection, trade finance, internal and bank loans, investment, and FX.
•    Treasury system enhancement, improve procedure to reduce risk and efficiency daily work


Qualification
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting field.
•    1+ year work experience, financial relevant experience in accounting, banking or finance industry
•    Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai, Mandarin and English
•    Good computing skills (Word, Excel, PPT)


3. Job Description of  Call Center English Speaking (Senior Staff)
•    Manage inbound and outbound, making customer address their needs for all contact channel
•    Coordinate with all concerns, dispatch products or provide services on time to customer
•    Management and resolve customer complaints - Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
•    CSAT and NPS customer survey

Qualification
•    Excellent verbal communication skills, great listening comprehension skills
•    Service mind, customer-focused, solid problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and efficient and the ability to socialize well
•    An ability to multitask, typing and word processing skills and digital skill
•    Good analytical, Negotiation skills and Strong Initiative skill


4. Job Description of  Accounting Supervisor (2 Position)
•   Be responsible for understanding the core drivers of Marginal Contribution at the product level to enable to monitor and control positive MC  
•   Build and support on Sales Policy Accrual for Rebate, Campaign, Voucher and Installment, and check claimed document together with reconcile with TB on monthly basis.
•   Have strong intellectual curiosity to partner throughout Pricing and Sales Policy setting to understand cost and expense structures that should be optimized spending. Also provide insights and recommendations to partner.
•   Partner closely with our FP&A team members to understand their forecast inputs to ensure alignment
•   Prepare and submit for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly report together with all Adhocs as required

Qualification
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting field.
•    3+ years in Accounting AP or AR, or FP&A, or Business Analysist, or Finance Analyst.
•    Advanced and demonstrated knowledge of Excel
•    Driven curiosity about understanding key drivers of MC.
•    Able to think logically, organize work flows efficiently, and solve problems independently
•    Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment


5. Job Description of  Data Analyst Officer
•    Imported sell-out data modern channel
•    Analyst sales trend and source of problem weekly
•    Suggestions to solve the problem or plan to check the source of trouble

Qualification
•    Bachelor’s in Science, Accountant, Mathematics, MBA
•    Analytical or data maintenance is necessary with sales experience will be a plus



6. Job Description of  Product Marketing (Assistant Manager)
(Assistant Manager, SDA category)

•    Be responsible for the product category's profit, sales quantity/amount, inventory turnover, and most importantly the product selecting and launching
•    Daily PSI management
•    Market information collecting (Benchmark is one of the most import one) and Sales policy setting up;
•    Communication with HQ and Product Director (PD) about orders, products, activity support etc.

Qualification
•    Good command of English (compulsory)
•    3 years experience in home appliance at least; Product Marketing, Product Manager (PM) experience preferred
•    Experience dealing with China company, or working in China company experience preferred
•    Able to work in fast paced environment.
•    be willing to change and accept challenging


7. Job Description of  Counter Service Officer
•   Control RTAT (repair turnaround time) & HTAT (High turnaround time) for repairing under Service KPI.
•   Tracking WO(Work Order : Job Repair) pending. -Managing WO(Work Order : Job Repair) pending in TTC as KPI following.
•   To control the service area for repairing completed job and waiting to receive from customers. Manage the service area to make the most of it.
•   Technical Product consultant

Qualification
•   1-2 years for field of service administrator and Technical consultants.
•   Have patience with the pressure of work and customers.
•   Best attitude to the field of service.
•   Have a good relationship with the colleagues and customer.



8. Job Description of  Product Marketing-PM assistant
•   assisting PM to collect market info including but not limited to price, configuration, competitors promotion.
•   assisting PM to follow up issues with PD team, such as shipment, new product introduction, quality problem, marketing materials, etc.
•   PSI management;
•   sales data monitoring(sell in/out)
•   monthly sales price/policy input(into system) when necessary.
•   other things PM assigns.

Qualification
•   at least 2 years experience in home appliance; product management experience preferred;
•   experience dealing with China company, or working in China company experience preferred.
