1.Job Description of  Product Marketing (Water Appliances)

Experienced in Electrical Appliances will be the shortlisted  
Be responsible for the product category's profit, sales quantity/amount, inventory turnover, and most importantly the product selecting and launching Daily PSI management Market information collecting (Benchmark is one of the most import one) and Sales policy setting up Communication with HQ and Product Director (PD) about orders, products, activity support etc.

Qualification

  • Good command of English (compulsory)
  • 3 years experience in home appliance at least; Product Marketing,
  • Product Manager (PM) experience preferred
  • Experience dealing with China company, or working in China
  • company experience preferred
  • Able to work in fast paced environment.
  • be willing to change and accept challenging.

 

2.Job Description of  Sales KWH (Kitchen And Water Heater)

  • Sell electrical appliances to customers through various sales channels, including retail stores, dealers, and Modern Trade (MT).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and reaching out to new potential customers.
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to help customers understand the benefits and features of the appliances.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and special offers.
  • Ensure proper product display and availability at retail stores and dealer locations.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates on customer feedback to help improve sales performance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the electrical appliance industry or related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 

 

3.Job Description of  Business Strategy (CEO Office)

  • Develop and execute business strategies that drive both top-line sales growth and bottom-line profitability
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product strategies to expand market reach
  • Lead initiatives to optimize sales channels (online, offline, B2B, and D2C) and strengthen strategic partnerships
  • Analyze internal and external data to provide actionable insights for product diversification, pricing, and demand generation
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to implement integrated go-to-market plans
  • Drive cost optimization across the supply chain, operations, and vendor management to improve efficiency and margins
  • Implement performance tracking systems and monitor KPIs related to sales performance, customer acquisition, and cost efficiency
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and budget allocation in alignment with strategic goals
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for the CEO and stakeholders to support key decisions
  • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction

Qualification

  • Strong analytical & financial modeling skills
  • Experience in business strategy, consulting and corporate development
  • Proven track record in sales growth or operational efficiency initiatives
