Qualification
• Good command of English (compulsory)
• 3 years experience in home appliance at least; Product Marketing, Product Manager (PM) experience preferred
• Experience dealing with China company, or working in China company experience preferred
• Able to work in fast paced environment.

2. Job Description of Service Management Manager
• Service network PASPs , RASPs management whole Thailand around 170 ASPs
• Return products , refurbish products management
• Management control of RTAT ( Repair Turn Around Time ) , RRR (Repeat Repair Ratio) , CSAT , ASP Labor Fee , SP Fee
• Handling of customer's complaint
Qualification
• Good command of English (compulsory)
• 5 years experience in customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant fields
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
3. Job Description of Sales Project (Electrical Appliances)
• Handle customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage customer satisfaction by building, strengthening, and maintaining good relationship with all accounts.
• Well manage in AR collections performance and move fast on past-due receivables.
• Forecast and control sales planning to ensure target result.
• Conducting regular customer visits to increase sales.
Qualification
• 3 years experience in home appliance at least.
• Good presentation skill and negotiation with customer.

4. Job Description of Demand & Supply Planning - Supply Chain Management (Senior Staff)
• Lead monthly S&OP meeting with Sales & Product marketing team to review planning figures such as PSI, forecast accuracy, sales trend, inventory level.
• Responsible on system management or develop the system when needed. Take ownership to improve the system to be the most efficient
• Utilize the provided system to manage overall supply chain operation in order to smooth the business operation and to enhance sales target achievement
• Manage company's KPI; key purpose of build up a long term healthy business
• Recommend, suggest PM team to have better PSI, by analyzing the historical data and showing the data-oriented suggestion
• To be the center of controlling aging, coordinate with concerned parties to monitor aging inventory situation
Qualification
• Good command of English
• Experience on supply chain management and logistics field is a plus
• Requirement on excel or big data management
• Able to Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level and above) or big data management
