02 Customers entitled to join the raffle for every single receipt purchase worth P10,000 and up from participating dealers nationwide. For complete list of participating stores, please visit www. toshiba-lifestyle.com/ph.
03 Customer must completely fill-up the online registration form by scanning the promo QR code located on the stores of the participating dealers nationwide. They can also visit www. toshiba-lifestyle.com/ph. to access the registration link and fill out the necessary details:
- Customer Name
- Customer Address
- Customer Mobile Number
- Telephone Number
- Customer E-mail Address
- Receipt/Invoice Number
- Clear Copy of Receipt/Invoice (to be uploaded in the system)
- Total amount purchase (Customer must keep a copy of the receipt for validation)
- A confirmation message will be sent to the participant after submission of entry.
04 Deadline for submission of entries is on January 31, 2026, 6PM.
05 Raffle draw/determination of winners will be held on February 12, 2026, 2PM at Toshiba Showroom (KDC Plaza, Chino Roces Ave., Makati City) in the presence of DTI representative.

07 Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines.
08 The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable for one-time only.
09 Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines will shoulder the processing of travel documents, travel taxes, accommodation, flights, meals, tour packages and VISA processing for the winners of Trip for 2 to Japan. Travel is valid for 6 months upon receipt of the prize.
10 Winners shall be notified via registered mail, e-mail, SMS and their names will be posted on the official Facebook page of Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines.
11 A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
12 Winner may claim his/her prize at the Toshiba Showroom (KDC Plaza, Chino Roces Ave., Makati City). Provincial winners can claim their prizes at the nearest Toshiba appliance store. If no store is nearby, Toshiba will ship the prize to their registered address.
13 To claim the prize, winner must present a photocopy of ID and registered mail.
14 If claiming thru an authorized representative, present a signed authorization letter, a photocopy of valid ID and registered mail from both the winner and authorized representative.
15 Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines with prior approval of DTI.
16 All employees of Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
