PROMO MECHANICS:

1) The promo runs from September 1 to November 30, 2025.

2) Customers can earn an entry by dining at Kasa Palma.  

3) Customers can enter by scanning the promo QR code on menu inserts located inside Kasa Palma’s restaurant. They can also visit www.toshiba-lifestyle.com/ph to access the registration link. 

4) The raffle draw will be held on December 14, 2025 at 2:00PM at Toshiba Showroom (KDC Plaza, Chino Roces Ave., Makati City) supervised by a DTI representative. 

5) The prize is:

• 1 Toshiba Japandi Multi-door Refrigerator worth P119,995
• There will be one (1) lucky winner

Prize Validity: 

• Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

6) Taxes (including the 20% withholding tax for prizes over P10,000) and any associated expenses will be shouldered by Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines. 

7) Prize is not convertible to cash but transferable. If the winner chooses to transfer the prize to another person, they must submit a signed authorization letter and a copy of both parties’ valid IDs.

8) The winner will be notified by registered mail, e-mail and SMS. 

9) The winner will be publicly announced on Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines Facebook and Instagram page. 

10) The winner can claim his prize at Toshiba Showroom (KDC Plaza, Chino Roces Ave., Makati City)

11) The winner must present a photocopy of one (1) valid ID to claim their prize. 

12) If a winner cannot claim in person, their authorized representative must present: 

• Photocopy of one (1) valid ID of the winner
• Signed Authorization letter

13) Prize must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of the registered notice. Unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines, with DTI approval.  

14) All employees of Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
