Toshiba Raffle Promo for Participating Dealers Nationwide
MECHANICS:
1. Promo period is from November 1, 2026 to January 30, 2027.
2. The promotion is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of purchase.
3. For electronic raffle registration- Customers must completely fill out the online registration form by scanning the promo QR code located at participating dealer stores nationwide. Customers may also visit www.toshiba-lifestyle.com/ph to access the registration link and provide the following details:

Clear Copy of Receipt/Invoice (Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF; max file size 10MB; to be uploaded in the system)

4. Customers are entitled to join the raffle for every minimum single receipt purchase worth P 15,000 from participating dealers nationwide. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry corresponds to a separate qualified purchase. For the complete list of participating stores, please visit www.toshiba-lifestyle.com/ph.
5. Deadline for submission of entries is on January 30, 2026, at 10:00 PM.
6. Raffle draw will be held on February 5, 2027 (Friday), at 2:00 PM at Toshiba Showroom KDC Plaza, 2212 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City in the presence of a DTI representative.
7. Prizes and Coverage:
A. GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) lucky winners will each win a trip to Japan for two (2) persons.
Inclusions:
Roundtrip economy class airfare for two (2) via Philippine Airlines (Manila-Narita-Manila), plus coverage for Japan Visa application fees and related expenses.
4 days/3 nights hotel accommodation with breakfast and transfers at Hotel Metropolitan Ikebukuro in a Twin/Double Rooms.
Tour with lunch and dinner:
Day 1: Arrival - Tea Ceremony, Pottery Making, Asakusa Temple- Nakamise Street
Day 2: Tour Imperial Palace, Meiji Jingu, Painting, Sumo Show
Day 3: Tsukiji Market, Akibahara, Yanaka Ginza, Giesha Dress Up
Day 4: Departure
Exclusions: Passport application/renewal fees, personal expenses, meals and activities not specified in the itinerary, and other incidental expenses.
The prize is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt of the travel voucher.
Transferability/Convertibility: The travel prize is non-convertible to cash but transferrable.
B. MINOR PRIZES: Eighteen (18) winners will receive one (1) of the following Toshiba appliances:
Three (3) Winners: Toshiba Refrigerator worth Php 119,995.00
Four (4) Winners: Toshiba Washing Machine worth Php 49,995.00
Five (5) Winners: Toshiba Water Dispenser worth Php 25,795.00
Six (6) Winners: Toshiba Kitchen Appliances (4-Burner Gas Range Gray and 30L Digital Microwave with Grill Black) worth Php 43,390.00
8. 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00 will be shouldered by Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines.
9. Prizes are not convertible to cash but are transferable for one time use only.
10. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS via Lighthouse Events Talents Consultants Inc. Names of confirmed winners will also be posted on the official Facebook page of Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines upon validation & confirmation of all winners.
11. Prize Claiming and Delivery:
Grand Prize (Trip to Japan): Travel prize vouchers are claimable at the Toshiba Showroom (Makati City) for the Grand Prize winner. For provincial winners, Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines will cover all necessary travel and transportation expenses required for the winner to claim the prize.
Minor Prizes (Home Appliances): Minor prizes will be delivered directly to the winner’s validated home address at no cost to the winner. Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines will shoulder all delivery fees and shipping costs associated with prize distribution.
12. To claim the prize, winners must present the following:
Original winning receipt/invoice
Valid photo ID with signature
Official notification letter/email received
13. If claiming through an authorized representative, the representative must present an authorization letter signed by the winner, the representative's valid ID, and the winner's valid ID and original receipt.
14. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of the registered mail notification. Unclaimed prizes after the 60-day period shall be forfeited upon prior approval from DTI.
15. All employees of Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines, its partners and affiliates, advertising agencies and participating stores, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promotion.
