This is why we have launched the "Toshiba Cares: Replace, No Repair" initiative—to ensure your peace of mind throughout your product experience. If any manufacturing defect arises, Toshiba is ready to replace your device immediately, without the need for repair. Because we believe you deserve a seamless and worry-free experience.
Condition
1.  The company reserves the only Toshiba products that are imported and distributed by Toshiba Thailand Co., Ltd. in the "Toshiba cares: Replace, No repair".
2.  The period of campaign 1 May 2025 – 31 December 2025
3.  Products participating in the program are limited to those specifically indicated.
- Rice cooker
- Blender
- Hotpot
- Kettle
- Induction
- Fan
- Digital rice cookers, digital hot water dispensers, and other Toshiba products not specified above are not eligible to participate in this program under any circumstances.

4.  Products participating in the program must be items that were purchased and/or registered for warranty within no more than 1 year (starting from the date specified on the purchase receipt or the product warranty card).
5.  Products eligible for the program must be those damaged during production only. If the damage is due to other reasons, such as transportation, user negligence, or misuse, the product will not be eligible for the program. 6.  The company reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or recall the product if the rights are obtained through fraudulent, counterfeit, deceitful actions, or any other means to acquire rights in this program.
7.  The company's decision shall be final, and the company reserves the right to modify details and conditions without prior notice.

Steps for accessing service
1.  Customers must bring the product, all accompanying accessories, the warranty card, and the purchase receipt (if available) for inspection and to report any issues at the participating service centers as listed below.

2.  The staff will verify the warranty period and test the product's damage symptoms to assess its eligibility according to the project's conditions.
3.  If the product meets the criteria set forth by the program, the company will provide a replacement product to the customer within 7-14 business days at no additional cost.
