4) Each receipt is equivalent to one raffle entry.
5) Deadline of submission of entries is on November 30, 2025.
6) Determination of winners will be held on December 14, 2025 at Toshiba Showroom (KDC Plaza, Chino Roces Ave., Makati City at 2:00PM in the presence of a DTI representative.

8) The 20% tax applicable to prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00 will be covered by Toshiba Lifestyle PH.
9) The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash. If the winner chooses to transfer the prize to another person, they must submit a signed authorization letter and a copy of both parties’ valid IDs.
10) Winners shall be notified via registered mail, e-mail and SMS, and their names will be posted on official Facebook page of Toshiba Lifestyle PH.
11) In the event the receipt is not valid, Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines will award the prize to the next eligible winner.
12) Prize may be claimed at Toshiba Showroom (KDC Plaza, Chino Roces Ave., Makati City). To claim the prize, winner must present a photocopy of one (1) valid ID.
13) If claiming thru an authorized representative, present a signed authorization letter and a copy of valid IDs from both the winner and authorized representative.
14) Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
15) All employees of Toshiba Lifestyle Philippines, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
