  1. This “Raya Connect Je Lucky Win Promotion” is sponsored by Toshiba Sales And Services Sdn Bhd 197701001541 32538-D (“TSS”) subject to the Terms & Condition herein.

  2.  “Raya Connect Je Lucky Win Promotion” (“Promotion”) starts from 10th April 2023 – 15th June 2023 [11:59PM] (“Promotion Period”).

  3. Participants will be entitled to one lucky draw entry for every eligible product purchased. Eligible Products are as per listed in the leaflet.

  4. Eligible Gift(s): Eligible gifts are as per listed in the leaflet. Eligible Participants are entitled to win one (1) prize only. 

    5. Grand Prize Terms & Conditions:
    One (1) pair of travel voucher to Japan.

    Booking period: July 2023 - September 2023
    Travel Period: August 2023 - October 2023
    • The original copy of the Travel Voucher must be presented or indicated before making reservation, otherwise the voucher is null and void.
    • Confirmation of travel is subject to availability of seats of designated carriers and hotels.
    • This voucher is valid for one time reservation and no partial redemption is allowed.
    • This voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
    • Reservation must be made at least 30 days prior to your departure date.
    • Service fee is applicable should a third party package is purchased.
    • The travelers can modify the booking, subject to a surcharge

  5. Prize winners will be selected randomly based on the terms of purchasing any eligible products from any participating retailer(s) and the number of entries submitted.
  6. The winners will be announced from July 2023 after the campaign due date of 15th June 2023 [23.59PM].
  7. This Promotion is open to legal residents of Malaysia above the age of 18 years whose name appears on the official receipt of purchase of an Eligible Product(s) from any Participating Retailer(s) during the Promotion Period and whose name appears on the duly completed, signed and submitted Redemption Form together with a duplicate copy of the Product Receipt in accordance with the instruction hereto, except the employees and their immediate families of TSS, participating TSS authorized retailers and partner agencies. For the avoidance of doubt, the event is open to individuals only. Cooperate or other entities or groups are not eligible to participate. TSS reserves the right to verify an individual eligibility to entrants.
  8. The Promotion shall be void where restricted or prohibited by law.

  9. TSS collects personal data in order to conduct this promotion and entry is conditional on providing this personal data. During the Promotion Period, TSS or its appointed agencies and/or relevant third party merchant may collect customers information including personal information in the form of, among others, survey forms, redemption of Gift Card(s) forms, interviews, audio recordings, visual recordings and photographs (whether on our own or by appointed service provided) taken during the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal information by Toshiba Sales And Services Sdn Bhd (“TSS”), its affiliates, third party, business partners and/or service providers in order to conduct the Promotion, and in accordance with the TSS Privacy Policy at TSS will also use and handle personal data as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed https://www.toshiba-lifestyle.com/my/privacy-policy. A request to access, update or correct any private information should be directed to TSS.

  10. All eligible entries must be submit via https://toshiba-lifestyle.com/my/promotions/2023-raya-connect-je.html within the due date of 15th June 2023 [11:59PM] from the Promotion Period. All other entries received after 15th June 2023 [11:59PM] will be considered null and void.

  11. Eligible entries: All forms will only be deemed eligible when the participant details are complete in the form. Participants must ensure that the details provided in the form are true, accurate, current and complete with the original purchase receipt. TSS will not entertain any requests by participants to amend any errors made by Participants in the redemption form submitted to us.

  12. Eligible participants are not allowed to edit or revise the details provided in the redemption form once the form submitted.

  13. TSS reserves the right to change the Eligible Gift(s) with other gift(s) or products of similar value without prior notice.

  14. The Eligible Gift(s) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Eligible Gift(s) must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

  15. In case of any dispute, TSS reserves the right to make the final decision. TSS’s decision is final and binding non further correspondences or appeal will be entertained.

  16. TSS reserves the right to reject any eligible participants if TSS suspects in its sole discretion that the purchase of Eligible Product is to be fraudulent in any way or otherwise.

  17. TSS reserves the right to change any condition on the promotion or products without prior notice.

  18. All entries must be attached with original purchase receipt and invoice ONLY, together with photo of the product’s serial number and provide the valid serial number of the product.

  19. Photocopies of redemption form are not allowed and all the redemption must be submitted through the online portal only.

  20. Proof of mailing, faxing or delivering (in any manner) other than online submission of the redemption form to TSS does not represent proof that TSS has received such items.

  21. The participants hereby agree and acknowledge that he/she has fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by all rules, terms and condition of this Promotion and agree to keep harmless to TSS from any claims, losses, liability and damage, loss, accident to person or property or from the respective breach of the rules, terms and condition of this Promotion or infringement of any law, regulation and / or policies.

  22. By participating in this Promotion, each the participants agree to release and hold TSS and its employee, officers, directors, shareholders, agents ,representatives, parents companies, affiliate ,subsidiaries, licenses, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies , and legal advisor , harmless from any and all losses , damages, rights claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession , use or misuse of the Eligible Gift(s) or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury ,death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation , or invasion of privacy.

  23. All pictures and /or images of the Eligible Product(s) and the Eligible Gift(s) found in any advertising and marketing material are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual products.

  24. The Terms and Condition stated herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian Laws and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
