PRECISE TEMPERATURE STABLIZATION* FOR CONTROLLABLE RESULTS
The operating temperature is stabilized precisely within 1℃ deviation throughout the process once it hits the desired temperature. It is so professional in delivering the consistent heating that crispiness and tenderness are all under control if we cook the same dish.
*Lab tested under conditions: 1) within set temperature range: 80-200℃/176-392°F; 2) with no food load. Stabilization test: data collected at the center point of the cooking cavity during different time of processing after pre-heat. “Desired temperature”: the average processing temperature from selected in-cavitiy spots reaches ±1℃/1.8°F against the set temperature.
