365 Days 1-To-1 Exchange Terms & Conditions:
1. Promotion period from 15th August to 31st December 2025.
2. The 1-to-1 exchange coverage is valid for 365 days from the purchase date, as stated on the product invoice.
3. This program applies strictly to malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.
4. The program allows for a one-time replacement only within the 365-day coverage period.
5. Customers must register the newly purchased product online via the TSmartLife platform to be eligible for the benefits.
6. The product must be purchased and used within Malaysia.
7. This program excludes any product used for commercial purposes.
8. All other terms and conditions are governed by the standard warranty card provisions.
