Japanese Slow Cooked Chicken Breast Salad


Ingredients :

Boneless chicken breast  200 grams
Salad  appropriate amount
Mirin  1 tablespoon 
Garlic salt  1 teaspoon 
Black pepper  2/3 tablespoon
Japanese sesame sauce  appropriate amount


  1. Place the chicken breast into a heat-resistant, airtight bag and add in the mirin, garlic salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the bag and use water pressure to remove the air from the bag. Then, seal the bag tightly and close the lid of the cooker.
  3. Press the "Function" button and select the "Slow Cook" function.
  4. Press the "Timing" button and set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Press the "Start" button to begin cooking.
  5. After it is done cooking, take out the chicken breast and cut it into pieces. Serve with salad greens and Japanese sesame sauce.
