Why does food in the refrigerator compartment freeze?
Check the following:
• Is the temperature control dial set to MAX?
• Is the surrounding temperature below 5°C?
• Is high-moisture food placed near the rear of the refrigerator compartment? Food placed in this area may freeze more easily.
