These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the “PARENTS' DAY PROMOTION” Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Toshiba Sales and Services Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”). By participating, customers agree to comply with all T&Cs stated herein.
1. Campaign Overview
Customers who purchase selected Toshiba products (“Eligible Products”) during the Campaign Period are entitled to redeem Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet credits and/or Free Gifts, subject to these T&Cs and reward availability.

3. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above, excluding:
• Employees of the Organiser,
• Immediate family members of such employees,
• Representatives, agencies, dealers, distributors or subdistributors associated with the Organiser.
4. Campaign Period
The Campaign Period runs from: 1 Jul 2026, 00:00 to 30 September 2026, 23:59.
5. Redemption Submission Period
Although the Campaign ends on 30 September 2026, the submission form will remain open until 15 October 2026, 23:59.
Submissions received after 15 October 2026 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
6. Right to Amend or Terminate
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
7. Purchase Requirements
To qualify for rewards:
1. Purchases must be made from authorized Toshiba dealers, online or in-store.
2. All Eligible Products must appear on a single invoice.
3. Only genuine retail purchases are accepted.
Display units, refurbished items, open-box units, or parallel imports are not eligible.
8. Proof of Purchase Requirements
Participants must submit the following:
For single-unit purchases:
• Valid invoice (showing dealer name, purchase date, product model, and price)
• Completed Toshiba Warranty Card
• Clear photo of the product serial number on machine body
Note: If more than one (1) unit is purchased, each unit must be submitted as a separate redemption entry.
For combo units (e.g., washer + dryer bundle, air-con):
Participants must submit BOTH:
• Warranty card of each unit
• Serial number photo of each unit
Failure to provide all required documents will result in rejection.
Participants may resubmit with complete documentation before 15 October 2026 23:59.
9. Multiple Items on a Single Invoice
If your invoice contains more than one Eligible Product, each item must be submitted separately using the Campaign Redemption Form.
• Each submission must include the required proof of purchase for that specific item (invoice details, warranty card, and serial number photo).
• Failure to submit each item separately may result in disqualification or rejection of the submission.
10. Submission Method
All submissions must be made exclusively via the Campaign Redemption Form accessible at:
https://www.toshiba-lifestyle.com/my/promotions/2026-truly-malaysia-truly-home
Any submission made through any other means, including but not limited to email, WhatsApp, dealers, or any platform outside the Campaign Redemption Form, shall be deemed invalid, will not be accepted or processed, and the Organiser shall have no obligation to acknowledge or respond to such submissions.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failure, interruption, error, omission, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, website malfunction, system outage, or technical issue that may affect the submission process or participation in the Campaign.
11. Reward Availability
Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. The Organiser does not guarantee reward availability throughout the Campaign Period and may replace any reward with an item of similar value without prior notice.
12. Delivery Timeline for Rewards
Under normal circumstances, rewards will be delivered within 5 to 8 weeks after successful verification.
The stated timeline is an estimate only and shall not constitute a guarantee of delivery within the stated period. Participants may obtain the tracking code or transaction date from the Submission Status Check page to check their delivery status.
13. Additional Gift Delivery Conditions
1. Rewards may be delivered separately from the purchased product.
2. Delivery is only within Malaysia.
3. If the participant is unreachable, the courier attempts have failed, or the address is incorrect, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the reward without replacement.
4. No requests for change of delivery address will be accepted after the submission is approved.
5. Lost, damaged, or stolen rewards after successful delivery will not be replaced.
14. Reward Acceptance
Acceptance of delivery of a reward shall constitute acceptance of the reward in its delivered condition. Any reward that is refused, unclaimed, returned, or otherwise undeliverable due to the participant's actions or omissions may be forfeited without replacement, compensation, or further liability on the part of the Organiser.
15. Submission Limits
Each Eligible Product may only be submitted once. Duplicate submissions using the same invoice, serial number, warranty card, or proof of purchase may be disqualified.
16. Verification Rights
The Organiser reserves the right to verify:
• Invoice authenticity
• Product serial numbers
• Warranty card validity
• Participant identity
The Organiser may request additional supporting documents or information for verification purposes, and failure to provide such information within the timeframe specified by the Organiser may result in disqualification.
The Organiser reserves the right to reject any submission that, in its sole opinion, appears fraudulent, suspicious, manipulated, bulk-purchased for resale purposes, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended purpose of this Campaign.
17. Contact Information Accuracy
Participants must ensure that all information provided in the Redemption Form is accurate, complete, and up to date, including but not limited to:
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Delivery address
The Organiser will not be held responsible for any failed deliveries, rejected shipments, or uncredited rewards resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or subsequently changed participant information.
18. Incomplete or Invalid Submissions
Any submission that is incomplete, illegible, or missing any required document (including but not limited to invoice, warranty card, serial number, or personal details) will be rejected.
Any resubmission must be completed no later than 15 October 2026, 23:59.
Submissions or resubmissions received after this deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
19. Notification and Forfeiture
The Organiser is under no obligation to notify participants of rejected submissions. Participants are responsible for checking their submission status.
If the participant does not resubmit with the required information before 15 October 2026, the reward is forfeited.

20. Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet Credits Conditions
1. The mobile number submitted must belong to the participant, be valid, and remain active until crediting is completed.
2. If crediting fails due to:
• Incorrect number
• Number changed after submission
• Invalid or inactive TNG eWallet account
• Full wallet or wallet not eligible
no appeal, alternative crediting, or reimbursement will be provided.
3. Credits will only be issued to the original participant.
21. Non-Transferability
Rewards are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
22. No Reliance on Third-Party Representations
The Campaign shall be governed solely by these Terms and Conditions and the information published on the official Toshiba Lifestyle Malaysia website and official Campaign materials issued by the Organiser.
The Organiser shall not be bound by, and shall not be responsible or liable for, any representation, statement, promise, advice, interpretation, commitment, or information made or provided by any dealer, retailer, promoter, salesperson, distributor, sub-distributor, agent, courier, third-party service provider, social media page, or any other person that is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any discrepancy, conflict, or inconsistency between any verbal or written communication from any third party and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions and the information published by the Organiser on its official website shall prevail.
Participants are responsible for referring to the official Campaign page and these Terms and Conditions for the latest and accurate Campaign information.
23. Disputes
In the event of any dispute arising from the Campaign, the Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
24. Longstop Period for Requests and Claims
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any inquiry, request, appeal, claim, or correspondence of whatsoever nature in relation to the Campaign, including but not limited to reward redemption, verification, delivery, disputes, or omissions, made after one (1) year from the Campaign end date shall not be entertained, processed, or considered by the Organiser and shall be deemed fully forfeited, with no obligation on the part of the Organiser to respond.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, distributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, injury, or claim of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Campaign, any submission made under the Campaign, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any reward.
26. Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the Campaign or reward fulfillment due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to system failures, network issues, acts of God, government actions, or courier disruptions.
27. Ownership of Documents
All submitted documents become the property of the Organiser and will not be returned.
28. Taxes and Fees
Participants are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees associated with the redemption of rewards.
29. Personal Data Use
By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal data by the Organiser in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) for purposes including but not limited to Campaign administration, verification, reward fulfillment, marketing and promotional activities by the Organiser where permitted by applicable law.
The Organiser may disclose such personal data to its service providers or partners for the purposes stated herein. Participants may withdraw consent subject to applicable laws.

30. General Right to Amend
The Organiser reserves the right to revise these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
